COMMON QUESTIONS

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
Your order will ship within 1-2 business days from Toronto, Canada. We will e-mail you a shipping notification once your order has been shipped.

HOW WILL MY PACKAGE ARRIVE?
Your package will arrive in a small corrugated mailer box. All jewellery will be packaged and sealed. Each order includes a free protective pouch and chemical-free polishing cloth.

WHAT IS YOUR JEWELLERY MADE FROM?
Our jewellery is made from high quality materials including brass, 18k gold, glass, acrylic, rhinestone and natural stone. You can find exact materials for each item in the product page under Materials.

WHICH SIZE SHOULD I CHOOSE?
To choose your correct size, please refer to the Sizing info which is listed in the appropriate product page's description.

CAN I REPLACE A LOST ERRING?
We cannot replace lost earrings for free however we can sell you a single earring, for most styles, depending on stock availability. If you require a single earring as a replacement please contact us and we will do our best to help you. In the case that we can sell you a single earring, we would charge you for half of the cost of a separate pair and shipping must be paid separately unless combined with other items to total $70 or more.

HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY JEWELLERY?
See here. We recommend always storing your jewellery in the pouch provided when not being worn. Avoid direct contact of your jewellery with any liquids and liquid cosmetics and especially perfume which contains alcohol. We recommend getting dressed and apply perfume first and accessorizing after to avoid direct contact and any snags. Never wear your jewellery in pools, lakes, ocean or the sea. We recommend not sleeping with your jewellery on. Always use the soft cloth provided to clean your jewellery, as it is chemical free and unlike sterling silver cloths, will not tarnish your pieces.

WHICH CARRIER WILL MY ORDER SHIP THROUGH?
All of our orders ship through Canada Post.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Please find our estimated shipping times here. You will be able to track your package if a tracking number is included with the shipping you've selected.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY
Yes we ship to most countries! Here is a list of all the countries we ship to. Prices displayed on the website are in Canadian Dollars. Please use the drop down menu to select your preferred currency.

 

RETURNS

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN AN ITEM?
You may return any items which are unworn and in original condition and packaging within 30 days of ship date.

CAN I RETURN PART OF MY SET?
Yes most definitely, we want to make sure you are 100% happy. We accept returns on all items which are unworn and in original condition within 30 days of ship date if you are not satisfied.

HOW DO I SHIP MY ITEM BACK?
If you are unsatisfied with your order and would like to make a return, please contact us via email at hey@goldscoop.ca with your order number and we will contact you as soon as possible with detailed instructions and a pre-paid return shipping label. 

HOW WILL I BE REFUNDED IF I RETURN PART OF A SET?
You will be refunded the difference of the price you paid for the set and the total of the separate pieces which you keep.

Price paid for set - (Price of item 1 kept + Price of item 2 kept) = Refunded amount.

Example:
Set purchased was $100. Set includes a necklace ($50 as a single), bracelet ($40) and earrings ($40 as a single). You decide to return the bracelet and keep the necklace and earrings (total $90), you will be refunded $10. Or, if there was a duo with the exact necklace and earrings for $70, you will be refunded $30. 

WHEN WILL I BE REFUNDED?
Your refund will take 2-10 business days to process depending on the processing times of your payment provider.
